This brown shotgun shell bag has been a very popular item and will last for many years. It is made with 8-9 oz vegetable tanned leather that has been stained and conditioned to be water resistant and to withstand the elements. It comes equipped with the 1 3/4 inch belt as well.
I make these bags with the same oiled leather that I make my fly wallets with. Light weight but durable and has a great look. My first few didn't have the two slots for shells in front but my most resent bags do.

ReplyDeleteI just finished a youth shell bag that is just like the one above. I will check the dimensions and let you know. It does not have the tooling but I should be able to get the 34 in belt as well. The youth size run about $75.

DeleteThe bag is 7 in tall minus the belt loop. 4 in deep and 6 inches wide. Belt is ready to go for you as well.

ReplyDeleteI am interested in a pouch with a small pouch on the outside for lip sunscreen, etc. Would y ou have on e that does not have the extra shells on the from and a small pouch instead?
ReplyDeleteI shoot sporting clays and love the look of your pouch! I would like to know if you make one that does not have the two front shell holders I would be interested on one with a small flapped pouch attached for lip sunscreen, etc.
ReplyDeleteI would be interested in making a bag for you, however, I don’t know how to go about doing the front pouch. I could do like a small coin purse type bag with suede leather if that works for you.
